When the India under Modi uses the words like Free, Frank & Cordial Atmosphere; means beware and double the guard. No trust into India's fake smile... its February again and above all, the Arnab leaks have already done much damage beside what PAF did during Operation Swift Retort, hence, the licking RSS Modi will resort to any tactics given the history of backstabbing.

Rest assured; the end game lies within the hands of Pakistan however, Modi can try to start and see that coming.

Feeling pressure ? Are you sure?
Ok lets just track the situation.
Started around April and peaked at around August during Galwan clash.Pakistan had enough time and reason to take decisive action in the border against us .Theortically you can say we were stretched.
But this ceasefire happened after Indo Chinese disengagement.
And if you ask me , we dont have anykind of pressure both external and internal.
Internal is just entertaining political drama.

So we can disagree to your conclusions.

Pakistan taking decisive action would trigger war, that wouldn't happen.
The disengagement is at the point of contention, but the pressure is still there in the East, hence India still maintaining and building up its presence.
Internal i.e. farmer protests.

The strategic acumen of folks in here. :) But I suppose it’s all fun and games, when they’re not the ones in line of fire and giving up lives in daily bouts of tit for tat useless, made for internal politics, CFVs.
We are not feeding our military to live lavish life in DHA , if some one pounding our civilians at border use every available weapons to crash them or disarm yourself if u cant do this , it would be more peaceful act just like they released hakim ullah for the sake of peace with TTP goons

Two years drama has been ended as as planned in sell off strategy of Kashmir. Now nation will enjoy peace after forgoing Kashmir and chant PA zindabad
what lovely planning!

dha neelum valley to be announced soon! sarkun ka jaal bichaye gee fwo aur plot baichay gee dha!

Its Pakistan accepting the reality of the situation and making the best of it in terms of a mutual stand-down.

We understand that there is nothing binding or permanent about it.

But coming soon on the heels of their last military hope of taking Kashmir fading away on the cold rocky terrain of Ladakh, its pretty clear that hard headed pragmatism is at play here.

The clamor within Pakistan for action on Kashmir is not our concern.

Cheers, Doc

Where is the money for all these posturings ? Covid has eaten all our and your money ? Lets sit back and enjoy the tea.

Wimpy move , Sikh movement for farmer is in full swing , we should capitalize on this and free Kashmir and Khalistan

Modi's Lungi has gone over his head as the winds of change are active

You literally want us to serve you more tea? You know how foolish you are looking on this forum right now?

LAC made India to talk a lot instead of walking the threatening talk of the past. ON the topic, these meetings are normal.

Really surprising. @PanzerKiel what prompted this?
This interaction between both DG MOs is just normal.... Nothing new, moreover, both countries always officially try to implement a ceasefire along LOC, but this specific interaction doesn't mean that we'll not reply back if status of LOC is violated by any means.... This interaction also doesn't mean that we have given up on our claims as far as Kashmir occupation is concerned... Nor has India given up yet claims....

... This interaction also isn't meant to give India a breathing space as far their situation in Ladakh is concerned....

Our claims stand where they were....
The main beneficiaries of this 'agreement' will be the residents on our side of the LOC, as it's far more populated than the Indian side (mainly because they occupy the majority of the heights) and the IA used to specifically target AJK people out of spite. Just wondering what particular development resulted in this, because relations and the situation has been very tense for a prolonged period for it to change so suddenly.
... On a lighter note, this could also mean that both nations intend to celebrate 26 and 27 Feb PEACEFULLY....

Nope....its good to negotiate as it shows enemy's hand. He is weak. Continue to flame the fans of the farmers

The LOC ceasefire agreed during Musharraf’s time worked very well for a fairly long time. The Indian started the violations as part of their more aggressive posture to pressurize Pakistan. They did not achieve anything other than a stalemate and a lot of dead soldiers and civilians. Despite the bravado, their leadership has been shocked by Chinese aggressiveness and the reality of a joint Pakistan Sino collusion against India. You’ll see more friendly gestures in coming weeks. If India maintains a belligerent attitude with its neighbors, war is inevitable.
