yet they often mention Pakistan as an enemy , plan to hit Kahuta Nuclear Sites , and support BRA/BLA ..

India, America, Iran, Saudi Arabia have plenty of interactions with non-state actors in Pakistan. I do not see pakistan cutting diplomatic ties with any of them

India is our Enemy, so matters with India is pretty much settle, i wont expect anything good from India anyway ..
as for America, they used to be our allies, still are but they are fighting this dirty war in Afghanistan and Pakistan .. they have larger interest in region , so a destabilized Pakistan and Afghanistan suits America , and America is Super Power we can just cut all ties with them, and they ( US ) have never come up as an open enemy of Pakistan like India . KSA is just a spoiled Kid with billions of Dollars , in coming decade they will have their own problems to deal with and soon we will root out their Wahabi shit from our society ..Iran is countering Wahabi shit with their own Ayatullah's Shit , of course they have a stake in Pakistan, rallying Pakistan's Shia's playing the religious card to work as canon fodder for Iranian wars in Syria or Iraq .. again both KSA and Iran never openly come up as enemy . Even UK and USA secretly spy on each other .

in our case it does matter , Israel cant expect us to shake their hands with peace while they support a brutal State sponsor terrorism and Occupation .. it wont work with us at least .

US is not Israel , US opinion changes a lot of things if they take a position over some issue .. so your point is misplaced .

Russia can and will Veto, just like China would Veto any for Pakistan .
