I agree we should have our own offensive cyber force and spy satellites, but funds are scarce, education has been neglected for 15 years.

Currently, we are upping the level in defensive area to say the least. We are not fully in the game to claim having a potent offensive/defensive cyber capability. In my personal opinion, I will give it a couple of years and then we will talk from the power position. However, one can say that we have a good firewall/defense in this regard and need a lot of work to be done given the development and tech advancements for our enemies.
