Just dialogues wouldn't enough here....If they want terror and dialogue together YES we should be read for terrorizing them and speaking with them....

That process will do more harm that good. Boots on the ground simply do not understand these theories and diplomacy. Once given order to deal with iron hands, there won't be anyone left to protest on streets the very next hour and a lot of peaceful Kashmiris will pay the price unnecessarily. Bangladesh is an example to take note of and things didn't went very good for Hitler as well.
