Don't have any idea about the methodology and how they calculated the IQ. Anyhow, unlike our neighbor @Joe Shearer here i am of opinion that subcontinent people are not any less intelligent from any nation if not more. It's the illogical chest thumping, false pride and lack of grace that we see in our arch rival. Which will doom them eventually on societal/ cultural level.
