Usually Pakistani are expert in making non-issue (here President's bitter and true remarks) to issues.
&
Issues (Corruption/plundering tax payer money for personal benefits/mafias looting of state wealth) to non issues.
Someone rape them and they want to narrate the incident to be narrated with nice words in english or any other language ... they didn't care about how brutally they were raped/gang raped and physically/mentally what scars left on their body/soul - total ignorance.

If you read the report you would feel the same. The issue is not the capability m Pakistan has it. The capability of providing cheap electricity. But still for ages people are getting expensive electricity and no one is ready to even talk about this.

The President is spot on, unfortunately this is what has happened with Pakistan for the past 3 decades and more. However the position that he is on, needs some decorum to be maintained. Yes Pakistan has been gang raped by PPP and PMLN taking turns however this goes without saying and is obvious for everyone with a little brain minus the likes of ElSidd and khotakhors.
