All the deals are open thats how i know about it..but does any country provides 20 % RR on electricity ?(india its 12%)
Any country counts local debt in dollars?..

Remeber there was NO BIDDING in these deals they were all awarded ..modern corruption involves kick backs and we have ample international media reports on on that..(which is incompetence to some extent as its impossible to trace kick backs)
