Pakistan falls in love to its economic determent ( IMO)

Maybe in a few decades, Pakistanis will be spewing similar sentiments as they are about the USA presently........

Well many decades of our relationship with China have already passed and we haven't seen anything even close to this in those decades. It seems extremely bleak that it would happen any time sooner. Other than your delusional mind set which you guys have what other reason you can give me for equating China with USA.

For now I can consider it as your wish or dream after your chini hindi bhai bhai dream got shattered in 1962.:)

I have not dropped a single tear for you, I assure you that. This is from a pure economics perspective. But tell me why are you not interested? Do you think economics is a love story ? or business? . do you think your economy will improve on love and fresh air? Why not give a serious thought to the post and come back with a meaningful reply.

Your economist say that they are having a tough time making the public see the realties on the ground. your industrialist have been quoted in my post as begging for help.

Why should i tell you in the 1st place? Who do you think you are? sitting somewhere in the US with an Indian flag coming out here teaching us illiterate Pakistanis about economics. I have seen the Indian mentality and how much trouble they have when they see the strategic relationship between China and Pakistan. Economy is just one aspect, there are many others w.r.t the relationship with China. As for our Industrialist, well they just need to diversify their exports and search the Chinese market for things that we could export to them.

you mean to ask a shoe maker to make Pc's? or better yet ask everyone to close shop and start new making the limited items permitted by china? thats not sage advice or wise economic policy. your strategic partnership is military, on the economic front- its highway robbery of your economy even in th eyes of your ecnomist.

Pakistan can very easily become a big economic country as it posses everything to become one. But unfortunately Pakistan doesn't have good leadership like India, this is the main problem. Pakistan have good chance to become self sufficient country,we have strong brotherly relations with China so we should ask China to transfer the technologies to us, specially we should try to gain solar & wind power technology from China so the electricity problem will be solved, Also Pakistan should have its own automobile & electronics manufacturing items industries & again Pakistan can seek help from China in this field too. & later its up to Pakistanis that either they support their country made items\products\etc or not. like we saw with Adams Automobile Company, which has gone bankrupt & finally its plant is on sale. govt should ve support them by imposing heavy taxes on other cars.

Pakistan should ask China to invest in energy sector because for any other sector to develop they need power so China should help Pakistan to build large power plants. Even Pakistan should check the trade because much of the local industries are effecting Instead ask the Chinese companies to invest in Pakistan so that it will generate both income and employment.

thank you sir.- thats sage advice and outlook. thats what I been trying to say. Infact look at the other thread here- to my shock you are importing more from India indirectly and combined ( direct + indirect ) vsfrom china.

But again, that indirect buy is hurting your economy. If you allowed your policy to allow favoured trading partner status with India ( note: india has given it to pakistan), you traders will pay far less for imports. this is not a free tade agreement where china has a free run of exporting to your country but allows only limited items to sold to them.
