There is no way BJP will let pakistan hold 2025 champions trophy...the hosting will either be shared between pak and some other country( like the recent Asia Cup) or the venue will be shifted entirely to some other country.
Congress on the other hand wouldn't mind sending Indian team to Pak.

Don't be fooled for a minute. It is their economic doldrums which is keeping them from trying to create more trouble and unrest in J&K as well as the rest of India. It is a result of strong tactics from India that has made it clear that it will hit back as hard or harder if there is any terrorism emanating from Pakistan.

going by Pakistan's historical misbehavior, it is hard to argue against what you say.

Yet, we have to try to bring lasting peace and growth to South Asia. How can India be happy if its biggest neighbor is drowning in misery.

But Indian help has to be done smartly. Such as helping the Pakistani population realize how their military and religious factions have been cheating them. It is important to identify the right minded political, military and religious leaders within Pakistan that can correctly inform and lead Pakistan.
