There is No need For this if we can be honest enough

In 2016 They incurred PKR 27.15 billion on fuel for aircraft and PKR 26.515 billion on Employee cost. Their gross revenue was PKR 102 billion ....... that makes employee cost to be 26% of the gross revenue. I once did an internal audit report on their credit control department and people working in that department weren't very happy with my findings and suggestions. You need to amend your labor laws (of 60's) and abolish a lot of redundant provisions to revive PIA and Railways. These corporations didn't make losses it were and are the people who work in these corporations responsible for it.

The solution is very simple .... if you don't make profits you will face huge pay cuts ... right from top to bottom ..... then see how these lazy rears start owning the issues and come up with solutions.

I thought that only Indian SARKARI MULAZIM are couch potatoes... who work only after taking bribe...

One of the reasons I was never interested in Sarkari mulazmat ...... they don't do it themselves and they won't let you do it either. Whenever a sarkari mulazim and a private mulazim have to work together its a nightmare for the private mulazim.

airline business is not profitable even ittehad is in loss emrates type best airlines are breathing on gov money . few small mistakes can destroy an airline .
