yes, it is... Chola is very common verb in Punjabi and can be used politely and harshly.
polite: Tere cholay chay lut marah.
harsh: teri ma the chola.

Most flights going towards India go directly from Oman to India through the Indian Ocean avoiding Pakistan Airspace. Flights coming from Europe and Iran have to fly over Pakistan if they need to go towards India... Many countries like Turkey have Standard Routes that must be followed...
@Rajaraja Chola , Flights going to airports closer to Pakistan like VIAR (Amritsar) have to descend below 20000 feet in Pakistan if they are to land there.

I know because I am in Flight Planning...

The funny thing is that I read all the NOTAMS but there is no mention of banning low level Indian Flights...
