Same here friends , I also didn't want to hurt you by lamenting few obvious facts but still they are obvious facts and do care to ask your artillery men when their shelling went unanswered.

I don't think it is deliberate. They just try to do such things. Hoping Pakistan won't retaliate. And when Pakistan retaliates they stop. Happened many times in the past too.

If I am not mistaken, there was a pact that both sides are not allowed to build infrastructure 5km (or something like that) from the LoC. Maybe someone can confirm.

Modi hasn't even taken office yet, and is in no position to give orders to the military. There goes that theory.
