The government actually gave people huge chunks of money so they can build sustainable smaller dams on their land. But the people simply bought a new car or married their daughters off with the money. This is a serious crisis which needs serious measures and not wishful charity.

Loll.. har acha kaam Sadqa hota hai.. aap ke liey bhi aur aap ke walidain ke liey bhi.. It doesn't mean bheek.. So you grow trees, give money to build mosque.. put Qur'an in a mosque so that others can read it, dig wells.. all come under the definition of Sadiqa.. Sir lagta hai aap ke concepts clear nahi hain.. Apnay maan aur baap ko muskura ke dekhna bhi sadqa hai..

Sadaqah may be given to mark or bring blessings to special occasions such as weddings, births, and personal success, as a sign of gratitude to Allah (swt). It may also be given in instances of sadness and bereavement, or on behalf of others.

Yeh lagna lagana koi cheez nahi hai... sadqa sadq e dil se diya jaey aur Allah ki bargah main qabool ho tou buhat achi baat hai.. Qom ko sadqay pe lagana is a wrong term in the first place..

easy way is to charge 100rs on each utility bill and we can easily raise money.charity will take time and also uncertain

No I think it's also a good way.. first collect by way of charity.. and then if there is anything short, get it through increased taxes..

Khair, if CJ and IK request Pakistanis all over the world, this is not a big amount of money to collect... when people will see that their money will not be wasted in purchasing of some luxury apartments in UK by a politicians, they will give generously..

Aap ko shayad andaza nahi hai economic condition ka.. aur jo crisis aanay wala hai abhi.. har banday ko sacrifice bhi karna parega aur contribute bhi personal wealth se.. apni aanay wali naslon ke liey..

there will be extra cost required to collect and administer charity amount.to avoid this extra cost rasing money by utility bills is more covenient.
