Pakistan Army can give whole villages to Afghanistan but can't do anything about drone strikes?

i beg to differ regarding economic sanctions, incase of iran United states sanctioned them for years and they came out of it as a strongest power of Middle east, their influence is far more deeper than earlier when they were in US camp, shiat power could be apparently seen now in Lebanon , iraq, Bahrain , Mantaka Sharqya (KSA), Yemen and obviously in Syria. while those who were american allies (KSA etc) are facing the enemies right at their gates and their beloved America is sitting miles away. if iran was having the power of petro items then, Pakistan is having the power of strategic location which could be used as a key strength.

Further Pakistan is a importing country and major source of Pakistani income is the remittances of over seas Pakistanis which is reaching now up to almost 19 Billions $ on the other hand pakistan is exporting to US 3.7 Billon every year and its imports from America is 1.6 Billion $. American has already reduced the economic assistance of Pakistan significantly and whatever they have paid to Pakistan in shape of assistance was much more lessor than our sufferings, this is something everybody knows. After Nuclear tests, Pakstani went through sanctions our economy growth was almost similar as it is now, so i dont think sanctions will change much in to pakistani economy but they will change the entire american policy in the region and they will never able to obtain any of their goal in future.

@Zibago "Motors ki ping pong" .Do you know 95% of this ping pong is because of India want to establish bunkers or fencing right on the Line of control ,which Pak not allow and start firing so they can not make it.But our officals should learn from India to build fences and walls inside the Pak territory not on the shared border with afghanistan.Ur mullah omar is dead,mansoor is dead.now Afgh is part of chahbahar port.Now what military officials thinks to wait for next thousand years? Recent fencing right on the border means our officals have no idea what afghans are.Afghans never allow it,but if Pak build few km inside its the best option.As india did multiple layers in kashmir.

First of all we need a strong foreign policy, an aggressive and well spoken foreign minister. And here is a very important point, in all over the world negotiation is always the part of civilian side, army never suppose to nor trained to the negotiations. But Pakistan main ulti ganga bah rahi hai. Just look at the recent example of angor adda handover. Army decide by itself and today Afg govt shows its goodwill by closing that chechpost for transportation of Pakistani trucks. Bloody goodwill on your face.

Playing double game with USA is very dangerous, every body knows why but if army has too much "chull" for playing double game then at least they should learn from Iran, nobody play double game at the cost of its security, economy and dignity but we are, look what Iran is doing on one side they are fighting with Us allies in Syria and on the other hand they are supporting US in Afghanistan only a fool can think that northern alliance are supporting US by their own. And what we are doing, creating mess in our our country, that SOB musharraf allow TTP to make its mess in tribal areas allow AFG taliban to to take hide in our territory, US and all over the world watching our game they disgrace and unofficially impose sanctions on us. Either its India, Iran, US or even Afg they are all taking advantage from our own self approve weakness. We make hidden a$$ holes in our own body to make them dirty but they shove all of them with drones. May be I am too much frustrated, but its reality that army never wants a strong civilian side especially a foreign minister right after the incident of the SMQ's resignation on kerry loger bill. That why we are watching an 90 year old surcharge aziz as "musheer e kharja" my foot.

Solution is that first we have to have be true with our own country and its people. This inside power struggle will cause us more disaster.
Clean the mess no matter its talibans or other fighter groups.
Never allow anyone to spread its ideology in Pakistan either its KSA ( whabism) Iran ( shiaism) or US ( so called liberalism) . All these ideologies are not meant to bring harmony to the people of Pakistan but to defend their own intrests.
A strong civilian govt ( which is impossible at that time) that take the part of negotiations and foreign affairs.
Stop these army generals ( again right now impossible) to visit US war colleges for so called courses. They went there for war course but return with US influence till their retirement.

For me ,i have no head pain,That Pakistan support TTA or Haqqanies or anyother group,As long as those guys work for Pak and Pak knows they are working for Pak.but they shouldn't be inside Pakistan. Pak can not solve the fencing problem ,if not build few km inside,right on the border Raheel and company can not build anything,they are afghans and they think till district attock,I wish someone knock Raheel door and tell him boss made fences few km inside but keep posts in ur territory in a way that u can shootdown anyone who enters in Pak.

Tthe development aroused strong criticism from the local people living in the border area. Some of them said they would not accept Pakistan’s decision of handling them and their villages to Afghanistan without their consent.

According to the tribal people, around 3,000 houses and 500 shops and markets are situated in the border area.

A local tribesman, Eidak Wazir said hundreds of tribesmen staged a protest on Saturday close to the border and rejected Pakistan’s decision of delivering them to Afghanistan.

“We are Pakistani nationals by birth and would never like to be called Afghan citizens. Our elders had given sacrifices for this area which Pakistan decided to return to Afghanistan without our consent,” he stressed.

He said that like him, all the tribespeople did not want to lose their Pakistani identity.
