Won't the terrorists also evacuate with civilians. They don't have any incentive to stay and face artillery fire. Are you aware of any tactics they employ for pinpoint artillery strikes?

Great for quick mobility. I believe that the deal was closed between Denel and Pakistan and your army should be taking delivery anytime soon

well the infrastructure is gone. they have to invest again and thus it deters them.

and civilians usually leave the moment they see terrorists moving in their town.

thus why refugees are born.
