Arghh...winning a war against soviets, that is an achievement, whatever happened after that is a different story..oh and word around the corner is we have been making fool.out of anericans in Afghanistan since 9/11...that is an achievement and the obl....Thats unfair. Its the leader who gets the laurels. He stood firm and took a "decision" to go nuclear.
Not even one can be term as "achievement".
You need to distinguish between duty and achievement. However fulfilling your duty with honesty and meeting expectations which are always high is an achievement itself.
