1. Chinese MBT-3000 we all know and may be a big may be type 99G so we may acquire a hybrid of both in sub systems whatever suited us.

Any one who wants to add something should remember Altay and Merkava not included due to various reasons associated.

I don't think Germany would sell us Leopard they come up with human rights crap. France may be still not sure. T-84 can come but should not come. For me we should test K2 from South Korea we have signed some defence related agreements with them recently this K2 should be tested.

OPLOT is one of the tanks being tested... whether it is OPLOT or OPLOT-M / BM-OPLOT is something i ain't aware of...
Its a further modification / upgradation of our T80UD.. in fact the seed for this beast was planted after ukraine had a tough time meeting the order placed by none other than Pakistan

I knew this but when look at features than MBT-3000 seem far better so which are the other two Tanks because as far I know we are testing 4

I have spent considerable time inside the T-80UD and T-59B, there is not a lot of space, its stuffy, there's a lot of smoke when you fire and the temperature can reach about 65 degrees Celsius during exercises in Cholistan. In fact one officer's tank malfunctioned and its electronics started dying out, when its temperature was checked, it was found to be at 72 degrees celcius. I have seen people peeling inches of skin at a time off their bodies after half an hour in the tank during exercises so its not a pretty place to be.

T59.. all variants need to be replaced asap. It makes no sense to have a tank in service in pakistan without an AC installed in it.
U made an Alzarrar by peeling and shaving of so much...u could have put an AC inside as well. even the basic T59B engines can easily support a respectable size AC.
A soldier will perform better if he is in a slightly comfortable environment.

We manage with what we have. Its too much of an unnecessary chore to start buying ACs for every T-59.

I am aware of ... MBT3000 and OPLOT...
regarding paper features... well let me put it this way that if i am in a tank.. tracking a targetS moving at 40+ speed then i would be more comfortable with the built quality and the precision of OPLOT than a chinese version. Chinese have just mastered or close to obtained a technology... they will become masters of it when they start putting in details for the comfort of the occupant, for the ease of working environment and for maintaing the sheer beast that they are selling us.
one example is that we also have other tanks bought by us from china not too long ago... maintenance is a nightmare...

AC doesn't help at all.

He just revealed other Tank being tested that is Oplet-M Now I want info on other two being tested

Kaonalpha .. asap does not mean with a gun on ur head... asap means when its feasible or possible but on an earliest note..

If you think that comfort might help you fight better , then I would recommend you enlist for ISSB and join Armoured Corps. There you will understand.

what makes u think i am already not there..
on a side note huge difference between sitting in an oven 60 degrees hot and sitting in an another one with a cold wind on ur face...

anyways... Kaonalpha i have to thank u for inciting me to search for this info...it took me quite a while. i now sincerely wish we go for something like OPLOT BM-PK... but whatever we opt for will be here forever now and must counter T-90 and Arjun 2.

On a side note things would have been alot different if only uncle sam would have not interfered with the AK deal and not given those Abrahams to saudis..
