Are you sure that Afghan Pashtuns are involved in any anti state activity? I don't think so. It's mostly the Mehsuds (of Pakistan) that are the real culprits in most of the cases, however, it doesn't end there and it's not just the Pashtuns, most of their foot soldiers are Punjabis of LeJ/SSP/LeT etc etc......

If you are looking at it from street crime pov, then sure, Pashtuns of Afghanistan are as much as to blame as the common criminals (MQM of Karachi, Khokars of Punjab etc etc) only that the amo is different. One snatches cars and others rob your houses!

I believe, if in a Country; certain section of society support and justify there acts, that society can't overcome the biggest hurdle it is facing which is Terrorism.

Pakistan has already lost Hundreds of Soldiers and Citizens in war against Terror.
