PAKISTAN AIR FORCE CONDUCTS NIGHT OPERATIONAL EXERCISE HAWK-EYE

05 December, 2019:-
Pakistan Air Force conducted a command level Night operational exercise with participation of all types of PAF aircraft and Air Defence assets. The night exercise was a sequel to the Hawk-eye exercise which was conducted last week, with participation of all operational PAF Bases. The exercise was aimed at training the operational aircrew in effective, coordinated and concurrent employment of offensive and defensive capabilities. The concepts practiced during the exercise enable PAF to effectively undertake concurrent operations under highly contested environment.

Yes and yes, however it will be a skirmish and not a war. It will only be a war if PAF or IAF does what few have suggested that PAF should have gone for the full course along with the dessert on the 227. If it evolves into full war, then "God / Higher Power / Universe" may have mercy on the mankind.

I believe it implies that all the commanders, Base, Squadron, Operations etc. are involved....hope someone else can shed more light on it.
Anyways, it seems a high octane exercise involving all PAF Bases, a contact who lives near Rafiqui claims he's not seen such activity for a long time.
