The intellectuals have already explained the reason for that. In- affective media coverage besides every country has own problems

1) It should be In-effective and not In-affective.

2) Inadequate media coverage is not the primary reason for peanut aid Pakistan is getting......... sad truth is individuals (particularly in West) do not want to help a country they believe (perhaps incorrectly) harbors and actively promotes terrorism

Do you think people in US really would want to donate to Pakistan when they find out that Pakistan was one of few nations that recognized Taliban as legitimate govt in Afghanistan?

I still cant understand why a Indian Taxpayers hard earned money should be wasted on people who have attitude like this....Aid should be cancelled and spent upon millions of people in India who sleep empty stomach everyday

Enough media coverage. Even special UN session, where pakistan FM
reached out(read begged) to international community for help.

While it really doesn't matter how the aid gets to the needy, as long as it reaches them, Pakistan's reaction to India's aid has been nothing less than amusing (in sick kind of way).

It appears now that they are doing a huge favour to us by accepting our aid.

Why need of special ministry entire gov is doing it. Starting from president zardari.

Last year pakistan was almost bankrupt and broke.

Did you forget countless times Zadari visit to IMF and world bank door steps for AID.

If Zadari chest thumped last year then pakistan would have been bankrupt by this time. Zadari did a thankless job.
