we have Experience with Agosta' Submarine ,and with Chinese Possible S-26 Subs coming we will absorb more Technology , and there are rumors that some ( Brotherly ) nation is helping Pakistan with this Project ..

i dont think placing nukes in space gives any significant advantage with respect to cost,it will require vastly re modified reentry vehicle,and then what?nothing significant,there are many places where nukes can be placed,if i had my own space program i would rather go for laser weapon research,because from space at speed of light that can be a game changer

Do Pakistan have any past experience of building Submarines? If not, it will be quite a big leap from 0 to 100% in house nuke sub build.

No! 90b is NOT being replaced. Their AIP module was replaced with a newer one

The Best option; considering our finances, is to lease a chinese SSN with VLS Tubes, Fit Them with Babur Cruise Missiles .... at a Nominal Lease Price .... so That The Chinese Navy can use those ten years to sail out of Ormara with this boat any other SSN and do as it pleases to gain experience.

Lot of shipping traffic and quick access to deeper waters right of the coast; test out deep SOSUS nets, wargame with the PN (another reason the PN should buy a Type 23 Frigate for ASW trainign with the Chinese) and specifically anchor (if you'll pardon the pun) the Chinese to Paakistan in this way. It's only a matter of time before pakistan has a capable nuclear triad capability because india already developed one. The interesting fact would be that will they go for a nuclear sub with BM, or conventional sub with BM, or subs with CMs. Because Pakistan always finds a cheaper, easier, Pakistan specific way of achieving its goals . I will be betting on Chinese sub order will have capability to fire at least 2 BMs with at least 700-1000 km range.
