Babur may not be installed on any surface vessels..
For navy Babur may only be used for second strike capability in Nuclear/Tactical role and no point in installing any such capability on Frigates...

C-802AKG is the air launched variant of C-802 can not launched from a ship.
On the down side in 2006.. C-802 fired by Hezbollah on a Israeli corvette ..cause very minimal damage to it..even after scoring a direct hit.

INS Hanit - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

It remains unsubstantiated if it was a C-802 to begin with ! Likeliness isn't enough to overrule very pertinent questions like 'Why would China arm the Hezbollah with a C-802 of all things' & 'if it was Iran instead...then how good is their so-called upgraded C-802 - Nasr' ?

First of all it was't China which armed Hezbollah...the missile was from Iran .
Chinese supplied a number of shore based anti ship batteries to Iran in early 90s.

Iran later deployed an upgraded version of C-802(Noor) on its vessels..how good is Noor ..we still don't know.

The Name of the Missile is still Undisclosed , Any Name is just pure Speculation .

It may very well be a new missile , Never heard of before.
