Cpec was planned as earlier as zulfiqar ali bhutto originally with russia and china ... But we never materialized it

I really don't understand these sudden bilateral economic overtures with Iran, Afghanistan, Belarus, Azerbaijan and now South Korea in a span of one month. Are these all because of CPEC? And to the shame of that shameless terrorist Modi, it coincides with our "isolation" period.

That man has no shame. He can say the earth will end tomorrow and his sanghi fan boys (hordes of which exist online) will start preparing for the earths doom.
As for the increase in overtures with numerous foreign countries, I would say its a mixture of post Zarb e Azb stability, improvement in Pakistan's credit rating (from frontier to emerging status), CPEC and increasing FDI, as well as political stability (no military coups, less dharne etc). An investor wants security and stability in the country where he is going to invest his money. Pakistan is on that track right now.

I thought just the development of Gwadar port itself was in the earlier plans.
