This is a clear case of victimisation of the officer.

There is no such practice in Pak army where you will force officials to either cut their beared or keep.

No Sir if the man is sitting in House can't be taken out but if he is walking on street or in a shop and azan takes place than Islamic force have to make sure he goes to mosque until he tells that he is not Muslim

I can't argue with you there. But certain reformations are required because the relevancy of some scriptures don't apply today.

They have to be modified slightly.
