Cause if PAF or IAF would have bought a 4.5th gen fighter around 2010-12 the other one would have been desperate and would have gone for the similar deal, but now this late in the current scenario PAF no longer seems in the position to make such a deal, though for IAF it is a different story.

Unlimited squadrons MINUS one = you have your infrastructure in place............ If you don't want to do that, sell the AHQ in Islamabad and relocate it next to one of the newer sectors and voila, once again you have the money plus you get brand new infrastructure built............

How about giving you khairat that may help you in buying toilet seats?

Start recovering the money from these politicians and add toll plazas on the CPEC project. I am sure we can generate money out of it. Pakistani investors living abroad, are willing to pour money into CPEC project that will also help.

1. Sell the assets and use the money for buying aircraft.
2. Divert funds from the useless military nuclear program as nukes will never ever be used even in an all out war which again is highly unlikely. Thus, 100 nukes are sufficient for deterrence purposes. Freeze to this level and use the money for other projects including buying new planes.
3. Finally, ask guys like Nawaz and the feudal landlords to start paying taxes!

All debates regarding Pafs end up with no funds---no money----no dinero---no dollars---. And the more I have thought about it---the more I have reached this simplest of conclusions-----.

PAF needs to get into the real estate business----it needs to create a building and construction wing to support its procurement of heavy weapons.

What it needs to do is to ask each province to donate it 2000---3000 acres of prime real estate property that can be converted to residential properties---. It needs to develop that land-----and then it needs to construct high end housing societies on the basis of pre sold----.

Services of someone like Malik Riaz may be used free of charge---he should be given the responsibility of developing---planning and modelling the society and arrange for sale at no payment to him---.
