@MastanKhan You must understand something. In China the Air Force is called PLAAF = Peoples Liberation Army's Air Force. The logic behind it is, that the Air Force is subservient to the Army first, and then the Govt. In Pakistan, it is exactly the same 100% Unless the Army ok's any such fund raising / generating programs nothing is going to happen. Hi,

All debates regarding Pafs end up with no funds---no money----no dinero---no dollars---. And the more I have thought about it---the more I have reached this simplest of conclusions-----.

PAF needs to get into the real estate business----it needs to create a building and construction wing to support its procurement of heavy weapons.

What it needs to do is to ask each province to donate it 2000---3000 acres of prime real estate property that can be converted to residential properties---. It needs to develop that land-----and then it needs to construct high end housing societies on the basis of pre sold----.

Services of someone like Malik Riaz may be used free of charge---he should be given the responsibility of developing---planning and modelling the society and arrange for sale at no payment to him---.

You will have all the needed funds----. If anyone has a different idea for funds---please jump in.

Air superior fighter for PAF is bridge way too far. Pakistan first has to dismantle any terror activity by state or non state actors so the world can open its flood gates for business. Aparently no businessman would every put his money or investment in a terrorist factory. Clean your house first then there will be room hospitality, after that once you have assured the world there are no trouble makers at your house. One way to raise funds: take all the income from Fauji Fertilisers and Fauji Corn-Flakes and use that to buy new aircraft for PAF. If thereis a Fauji Pop-Corn, then use that up too.

Second way: I read on another thread on PDF; that there is $ 1500 Billion worth of Gold in Reko Dik. Take that out and PAF will be able to have an entire fleet of 2000 F-22s and F-35s with some loose change to buy inter-galactic space-ships.

But more Loans are simply a "No-No". It will lead to a bigger Debt-Trap than now. And more IMF hand-outs will be needed just to pay for the debt servicing.
