All debates regarding Pafs end up with no funds---no money----no dinero---no dollars---. And the more I have thought about it---the more I have reached this simplest of conclusions-----.

PAF needs to get into the real estate business----it needs to create a building and construction wing to support its procurement of heavy weapons.

What it needs to do is to ask each province to donate it 2000---3000 acres of prime real estate property that can be converted to residential properties---. It needs to develop that land-----and then it needs to construct high end housing societies on the basis of pre sold----.

Services of someone like Malik Riaz may be used free of charge---he should be given the responsibility of developing---planning and modelling the society and arrange for sale at no payment to him---.

You will have all the needed funds----. If anyone has a different idea for funds---please jump in.

low interest loans are the way to go. but it does make sense to have a secure reliable source of non government funding and one thats self sustained. property development is a good idea but you have you lease them not sell them, in order to have reliable source of income.

While PAF and rather all Pakistan can get ample funds to fulfil the demands not only defence but many other fields if we can hold of money stolen by the corrupt people and Malik Riaz is one of them rather he is crooked head of many corrupt people we know like Zardari, NS etc. He should be arrested tried, de-monitized and hanged in public after jumma prayer along with supporters and collaborators.

ZURICH: According to an estimate, Pakistanis have deposited $200 billion black money in Swiss banks, sources said on Thursday.
It is no secret that Pakistani politicians, bureaucrats, businessmen and some terrorist networks have been transferring huge amounts of money to Swiss banks, generated through illegal activities. Pakistan is facing the challenge of measuring and countering enormous revenue leakages and black money, its size estimated to be three times the regular economy, Swiss sources said.
According to sources, the money lying in Swiss banks of Pakistanis is to the tune of $200 billion which appears plausible as parallel economy is growing at an alarming rate of 20 per cent per annum.
The volume of black money generated in the year 2008-09 alone was not less than $40bn. This is still not final. It does not account for kickbacks in foreign trade, smuggling and foreign exchange.
Till today, no effort appears to have been made by NAB, Federal Board of Revenue (FBR), FIA, Anti Narcotics Force (AFN) or Narcotics Control Board to conduct an in-depth study to quantify the magnitude of black money and amounts shifted to Swiss banks.
Pakistani tax authorities, knowing that there exists a treaty of avoidance of double taxation and exchange of tax information with the Swiss government, have not yet taken any step to probe into hidden Swiss accounts of Pakistanis. - Online
