Moreover, i think there are certain frequencies or rather radar modes that are kept secret or not used during training with other airforces so avoid giving out critical information.

the inclusion or exclusion of these Jets in Multi Nation war exercises would depend on the scope of the exercises and what PAF wants to achieve from such exercises? experience and exposure for its pilots with other airforces, verifying and testing its tactics.

I recall watching a program about American Hornet pilots training in a supposed combat with Russian Mig 29s but the problem was that they were still using Hornets and the participating pilots were saying they pretty much know the turning rate and maneuverability of the jet and thus could only go so far to simulate a fight with Mig 29.
PAF would be testing the J10 against its own F16s simulating a fight with Rafales or using both F16s and J10c with Arab airforces that field Rafales to make such training more meaningful.
