You are wrong about Mig-29s. During last year’s Anatolian Eagles Azerbaijian’s Fulcrums participated.

Chinese Su-27UBK and Su-30MKK/MK2 have also participated in Shaheen exercises. If they wanted they could send Su-35 as well.

List of fighter aircraft PAF has trained with just off the top of my head:

F-15, F-16, F-22, Su-27, Typhoon, Rafale, MiG-29, Su-30, JH-7, J-7, J-8II, J-10A, J-10C, J-11B, J-16, Mirage 2000.

Just like we learned, the other side too is focusing on rectifying their issues. Nothing can be taken for granted or lightly. Specially in light of the fact that the adversary is larger and has more resources at his disposal.

Yes, but the Patch on the first page with the American Eagle has been Rejected, although the Tail Choppers is approved. The Patch (above) 'Spears of Victory' has been approved as well.
