It's not the issue, West very particular about after sales service. For example Russian makes good plane , but they don't have regular learning crash programs for pilots and maintenance crew, that is the reason except Russian pilots there plane become maintenance nightmare for number of buyers.
French sale Rafale , the price of plane include product awareness program for number of years,once it expired they even stop providing parts.

Negative. Its not at all C-130 crew. The pilot in question might have been formerly in 6 ATS or 21. But atleast right now he is in 10 sqn.

As for your point on Training altogether. You can't be operating US Equipment & not be Training in their backyard. They've already started to cut off Turkey - only with the F-35. Who knows how far it'll go for those guys.

being the prime intelligence agency CIA is a integral party of American national intelligence support team (NIST) which is composed of personnel from DIA, NSA, NIMA, and the CIA who are deployed upon request by the military commander and if you take a look at bureaucratic structure of it, its ADCI/MS is always a top notch military general for instance these days Philip garnder who is a vice admiral and navy seal as well as and ex commander of special operation command pacific, however, i will not go in to further details since it is off topic, but for last 38 years pakistan is operating F-16s, for last one decade we didn't received any new batch, and US is not going to give us any cutting edge technology in any near future ..... is it logical that still we are trying to mastered the aircraft from American pilots ????

and about your last statements just two weeks back Brigadier Rizwan and one more guy have been sentenced to death, investigations showed that Sometime during his service career, Javed attended the US Army War College course in Carlisle, Pennsylvania and it is believed that during the time he may have been recruited by the CIA in 2004. this is just one example out of so many, if we wanna continue it we should not then mind the leakages of intel

Please don't be too sure of yourself, there are at least two PAF pilots there.
