personally i am against such type of training programs in America because these are the people who eventually fall in to the hands of CIA who give them lucrative incentives to get the intel.

The guy is too old to be a cadet. And I showed this picture to someone based at Chakala. He recognised him as an Il guy.

Also the USAFA is in CO while this picture was reportedly taken in New Mexico. What are all these cadets doing at an operational base in New Mexico?

There are 3 major USAF bases in NM. Canon, Holloman and Kirtland.

Canon specialises in Special Ops.
Holloman has MQ9s and F-16s
Kirtland runs ground support ops.

It's confirmed.

The PAF officers in the picture are Il-78 guys, 10 squadron. They are not cadets (their age tells too)

However the guy on the far left is wearing USAF Academy patch so he definitely is a cadet as he looks quite young too.

IL-78s could be there collecting cargo. Despite the hue and cries in mainstream media I suspect we still have good relations in the back end and US willing to supply goods as long as we are not expecting subsidies.

The CIA has got no business inside Military Grounds.

And these lads are probably briefed extensively about what they can & can not talk about.

As for your point on Training altogether. You can't be operating US Equipment & not be Training in their backyard. They've already started to cut off Turkey - only with the F-35. Who knows how far it'll go for those guys.

No, the impression given was as if the crew is in US for training, in any case, they happened to be part of a C-130 crew.
