At this close a distance, you don't need to see the enemy fighter on your radar do you? At any rate, when a radar emitter/receiver gets close to the target, the probability of detection increases. Whether this is also true when the target is a Stealth aircraft, I do not know.

I was thinking some one would come up with this. Anyways this is not the point i am trying to make clear here. But thanks for the reply.

When i say invisible, i meant on the radar screen. Since F-7 carry sidewinders, is it possible for them to get a lock on to the F-22?

I'm gonna go with a yes and a no. Visibility on the radar would be likely as the probability of detection at sich a short range would be quite high, even for as "stealth" a plane as the F-22, but a for the missile lock it is most probably a big no. Besides, the F-22 flying off in an instant at will, its defence mechanisms for a missile lock would be quite advanced.
