Paris attacks: Syrian who passed through Greece on refugee route one of Isis killers – live

AFP is reporting that two Tunisian sisters aged 34 and 35 have been identified as victims of the Paris attacks.
According to the “provisional death toll, at least two Tunisians have been killed,” said the Tunisian minister for foreign affairs, Naoufel Laabidi.
Radio station Mosaïque FM reported that the sisters were celebrating a friend’s birthday on Friday evening when the attack took place.

Syrian passport found on Paris attacker's body belonged to refugee who passed through Greece
The holder of a Syrian passport found near the body of one of the gunmen who died in Friday night’s attacks in Paris passed though Greece in October, a Greek minister told Reuters.

“The holder of the passport passed through the island of Leros on 3 October 2015, where he was identified according to EU rules,” said Nikos Toscas, Greece’s deputy minister in charge of policing.

A Greek police source told Reuters that European countries had been asked to check the passport holder to see if they had been registered.

While this heavily implies that one of the gunman came into Europe along with refugees, Syrian passports are known to be valuable currency amongst those trying to enter Europe, and it is not yet confirmed whether the holder of the passport is indeed the perpetrator.

Three Paris attackers 'from Brussels neighbourhood'
Three of the eight attackers who killed 127 people in Paris on Friday night are believed to have come from the Brussels neighbourhood raided by police this afternoon.

French media reports that three attackers were from the Molenbeek neighbourhood, where police are currently carrying out raids.

RTL reports that the country’s federal prosecutor will make a statement this evening.

Reuters reports that one of the gunmen who died after attacking the Bataclan theatre last night was a Frenchman from Courcouronnes suburb south of Paris.

Courcouronnes lies roughly 20 miles south of the French capital and five miles south of Juvisy-sur-Orge, home to Amedy Coulibaly, who was involved in the Charlie Hebdo shootings in January.

Coulibaly killed four hostages in a kosher supermarket in the Porte de Vincennes before being shot by anti-terrorism forces.

Belgian police operations are under way in the Molenbeek district of Brussels, according to Belgium’s RTBF and RTL television.

One man has been arrested, RTBF reported, saying its journalists had seen heavily armed police search several houses in the area.

Mehdi Nemmouche, the terrorist who attacked the Jewish Museum of Brussels, lived in Molenbeek after returning from Syria.

Seems most of the them are influenced by ISIS and extreme religious ideology !

france is becoming a hotbed of islamic extremists ...european countries better be careful while taking in these syrian refugees

.
Its believed this is a staged drama like 9/11 , so NATO forces finds a valid reason for entering syria on ground, then hundered thousands will be killed by jets, drones, missilies from sea and from land , but that ll be just figures for western media, muslim blood is really cheap in this era..

When the Muslim community in large accepts there is a problem and take real action to prevent radicalisation, the solutions will bear fruit. But simply telling we "condemn" cannot take the community anywhere.

There was one Pakistani preacher, who advocated teaching religious education to children only after the age of 12 is a more good option. But it wont find traction anywhere.
Other than condemning ISIS or every other attack, I have never seen any concrete steps of these orgs or communities.

.
Yes I agree with you, lot of muslims are showing solidarity with the victims. But some section of radicals in Islam think they should conquer all the world by violent methods and it is a sacred duty given by Allah.

Anyway this crisis is all began with the invasion of Iraq, West is the major culprit for what is happening in Middle East. It is a crusade from them on Islam which is going on for almost 15 years.

Islamic radicals and radical ideology is as dangerous as the west's doctrine to dominate the world. In short Abrahamic religions are the most intolerant bunch fighting each other and making this world a mess.

Same attitude is also shown by some colonist minded white supremacists! But no one blames white as a whole by taking this subset as the sole example!

I really hope they are more intelligent than that!

Even if you remove the word Islamic....The sentence still stands strong! And true for every race, religion and nationalism on the planet!

Radicals are radicals! Irresepective of race, religion or nationality!

In short Abrahamic religions are the most intolerant bunch fighting each other and making this world a mess.
Can we take recent events and Ashoka's Hinduism and also paint the same picture about Hinduism? Sure we can :enjoy:

When the Muslim community in large accepts there is a problem
1) We dont associate with such mindset so how are we responsible for the doings of some people who neither follow "our version" nor asked us if we agree with them?
2) Why should we associate with them? I dont see the Whites apologizing for killing the blacks in American school killings. I have never seen a while apologize for skinheads, KKK or any other such mentality!
3) NO one has apologized for crusades, WW1 nad WW2. Except Japan and Germany where Japan had atomic bombs thrown on it and Germany had sanctions to force it to behave!
4) I havent heard any apology of America for Sierra Leone , Yemen, Iraq, Afghanistan, Vietnam, Korea (Just to name a few) or any war....

Lets not even go far in history: Any apologizes from the recent failure?

May I ask why the double standards? Why hasnt anyone else apologized?

real action to prevent radicalisation
Well ask the whits to get out of other people's land COMPLETE no underground funding, shut down "providing weapons and training"

No one questions weapons industry how they are getting richer when people are dying?

If you want us to recognize something, make sure it is US and ONLY us causing it not some behind the curtain string pulling like AQ (Hillary has admitted they funded their making) or ISIS (again America has been found with blood on its hands for creating monsters)

West makes monsters, we suffer, we buy weapons to stop the monsters and then when they bite the hand that feeds them suddenly we are to blame? LOVELY!

But simply telling we "condemn" cannot take the community anywhere.
Surprisingly now even this doesnt satisfy you? Heck your western friends dont even do that much...Lebanon was never in the news! They dont even condemn ISIS anymore!

Condemn is our way of showing yes we agree this was bad, it was not right. But since we didnt produce this, fund it nor did we train this shit....why should we apologize?

Did they ask us if we agree? We gave them 27 letters saying you are wrong....you are nothing like us!

You say that is not enough...Then I saw with that logic (since we dont associate with these people) you should also do more... I have heard here on this forum whites telling us something like they are killing their own -as a justification that they dont even need to condone a wrong - How is that ok and peole come and agree give a thanks to it??

But we who dont associate with their thinking and condone it coz it is wrong are not doing enough?

Why the double standards?

If you neighbour's kid killed someone will you go and apologize to the world about it?
If someone who doesnt even think that you should drive on the right side in Europe goes and rams into a car for driving on the wrong lane, are you going to go and take the world stage and apologize?
If tomorrow someone says Ram Ram and shoots someone - will you automatically blame Hinduism?

If the answer for ANY is no, then why are we held responsible for the doings of others whom we dont agree with nor advocate?

Self victimization complex so strong that death of 150 plus parisians is also a drama .

If my neighbor killed someone i would not be opening a thread every god damned hour that how i was not involved .

And if tomorrow somebody says RAM RAM and explodes themselves i will totally blame Hindus AND Hinduism . I am not a bigot .

It has not been 24 hours since attacks but here we are beating our chests about how peaceful we are . Simply ridiculous .

You're right, you shouldn't have to apologise for the actions of other people, just because you share their religion. That would be unfair no matter how you look at it.

The thing is though, these groups like the Islamic State are always trying very hard to portray themselves as the representatives of Islam, not just from their name Islamic State, but every time they release a video or commit an attack they always chant "Allah Akbar" over and over again.

So basically they are winning, they are successfully pushing their narrative, and people from all communities are believing this narrative. And it's hard not to believe it, when they are committing suicide attacks in places where people once felt safe. And due to the sheer volume of attacks which are occurring all over the world.

So you are doing that now?

Yet you are still trolling on the same point, do you realize how popular that is and how many people are trolling like you? You know taking the deaths of 100 to score brownie points...I havent seen your rage about Lebanon...

And if tomorrow somebody says RAM RAM and explodes themselves i will totally blame Hindus AND Hinduism . I am not a bigot .
No you are, you just openly defined yourself as one....

a person who is intolerant towards those holding different opinions

...I still wont blame Hindus nor the religion...coz I am not a bigot! I may question what they think but I wont blame!

It has not been 24 hours since attacks but here we are beating our chests about how peaceful we are . Simply ridiculous .
And you and some (Mind you no one invited you ) like you are still filled with hatred and blame! Just look what you wrote:

Self victimization complex
That is what you call people who dont agree with you...That is the exact definition of a bigot!

Thank you :)

1) Any one can say Allah Hu Akhbar...You just typed it - doesnt make you Muslim... :)
2 Anyone can say and claim anything and repeatedly Scholars of Islam have said we dont associate with these people nor is it part of Islam to kill.....Scholars have openly called it WRONG, unacceptable and HARAM (which is forbidden in Islam)
3) Now repeatedly linking it back to me and my religion is like a spoilt kid who is doing mischief knows his parents wont like it but still does it until he gets told off!

So basically they are winning, they are successfully pushing their narrative, and people from all communities are believing this narrative.
So you and "people" rather agree with terrorist than with "normal" practicing Muslims? And then we are labeled terroist sympathizers?

How can you agree with a mental person? :o:

And it's hard not to believe it,
Why is it hard when 27 different articles over 4 mths have said terrorists have nothing to do with Islam...And these are 27 articles not people each article claims a group, Muslims in a city or even a country!

How come we are no match for some 0.001%???

when they are committing suicide attacks in places where people once felt safe.
Our countries were also safe before Cold war :(
before AQ was created....should we blame every American we seek and make him apologize even if he wasnt born during cold war?

And due to the sheer volume of attacks which are occurring all over the world.
The volume of people dying in Iraq alone or Palestine alone is MORE than the no. of people dying in whole of Europe!

Stop being a delicate petunia and you would understand and appreciate what i am saying .
So pointing out something that is happening which normal human beings call truth is being soft, intolerant, ranting and whatnot - basically everything but pointing out the truth...So is it a sin to speak the truth in india or only in front of you? I that is the case kindly leave...it is my thread to discuss something which you find weak and disgusting no one is forcing you to accept it and call people names by showing your bigotry (intolerance)

Attacks and imminent genocide of Rohinga in Myanmar, silent. genocide in Papua Wesr New Guinea, silent. If silence could scream, what would it sound like?

I don't agree with it, but it's quite obvious from the polls that their narrative is winning. They are successfully connecting Islam with terror in the minds of people across the globe, with some help from Hollywood and the International Media.

They are winning because having your country attacked creates a very emotional reaction, seeing your fellow countrymen/women/children being blown up in suicide attacks and cut down in the streets causes a very emotional reaction. And every major country has suffered from these same attacks.

China for instance was very much opposed to the Iraq War and is one of the countries that has stood up to American imperialism on many occasions, even fighting against them directly in the Korean War. Yet we still get attacked by these extremists, even more than America does.

And they always target civilians who have nothing to do with government policy.
