There are zero jobs in Kashmir with 50% unemployment rate. Bacharoo nay army may he jana hay. My grand dad joined the British Army since it was a good employment opportunity in the 1920'a, but always resented the British Occupation. He did vote for Pakistan, so this is just temporary since the Indian attrocities on the people of Kashmir will not be forgotten by them who suffered them. Plus muslims will never rise in the Indian Armed Forces like there are close to 0% muslim fighter pilot's in the IAF because they do not trsut Indian Muslims to fly expensive planes.
Well India has had distinguished services of pilots , Hindus, Christians, Muslims, Sikhs, Parsis and Jains alike but you my friend are entitled to your opinion. As far as for the bicharas joining army, leave there worries to themselves. Army is not a profession, its a way of life am sure your grandfather would agree. Also let me tell you this, my great grand father was also in the British army, but his resentment caused him to join the Azad Hind Sena fighting side by side with Subhash Chandra bose.
We have a Christian leader of majority who stepped aside to make a Sikh Prime Minster who took oath under a Muslim President, and you are talking about muslims not trusted with aircrafts. Dude APJ adul kalam is the man who created the IGMDP.
I know replies will consist of Kashmir, godhra, delhi, dalit, maoists. and all that.
We are not perfect but we have honestly tried to build this country on basis of trust and equality. there are problems and we will fight to solve those problems. We have come a long way from foreign occupation and economic deprivation. There will be powers who will try to disrupt our growth and prosperity but we have and will continue to strive to make our society free from social injustice and religious dogmas which have been imposed on us.
