tiger class Frigate seems like a improved F-22 ..
I think it will depend on role PN wants a new Frigate for, will it be multi purpose or Air Defense Ship.

It's because the Tiger-class is based on the F-22P that it would be the most likely ... i.e. commonality at KSEW (from the 4th F-22P) to construct Tiger-class frigates.

from the looks of Model, it has 8X VLS and a FL-3000 CIWS .
so mostly likely the rumors for F-23 seems to be true ..

if the 12 VLS can be quad pack and if we can adjust the type of missle per mission requirement than not a bad choice

Turkish program will depend upon some key technologies that we might not get
