No it is not... Religion is tool created to control people in masses. To give them hope when there is none and people are about lose their cool to keep them controlled when they need to explode and create revolutions, to get them into line by its moral demands when they should be free and act upon their own minds and insticts rather than rules created by one person hundreds or thausands of years ago, to silenced them when they should be loud

Religion is a collar for humans and true free mind should be from the obvious shackles of religion.

Come on now thats one religion from whose shackles even you wouldn't want to be free !

Mustafa Kemal was an atheist but he knew that Turks will not abandon religion and nations that are not advanced enough will not survive without religion
