Government should take some quick and early serious action against the militants if they control mosques, before it is too late. The mosque administration has to be changed or monitored for strict compliance with the laws since we can see some violent aftermath of these actions. These might be indicating hints that militants have started their work again and might do some serious harm in the future.

OBL was popular among common Pakistanis before 9/11. Some people even celebrated when the news of the incident was running on TV. So this library thing is no big deal.
But if we look at the background to all this we will get a better perspective. During cold war both US and soviet union were funding (in today's language) terrorists against each other. Back then they were called guerillas. Latin american governments were pro-US so soviets were supporting terrorism there while middle eastern governments were pro-USSR (and anti israel) so american were funding terrorists in ME. But soon russians started using middle eastern terrorists against US. Here they played the Israel card very well. Anti american propaganda spread into pakistan as well from ME, hence average pakistani also became part of Russian project although the government was pro-american.
this library naming can trace its roots all the way back to Moscow.
