This is not the Chinese way and at the root of why so many outsiders cannot understand or believe the concept of "Peaceful Rise" given their own history and personal tendencies. This is the concept of harmony, something I fear is beyond the understanding of most people raised in the atmosphere of fear and loathing that is prevalent in many "Western" countries.

HQ-19 knocks out space satellites, it's capability is actually beyond intercontinental. DH-10 at over 4000km+ range is air launched from bombers which would extend it's range to at least 7500km+ giving it a realistic range that is effectively intercontinental.

The HQ-19 (aka the KT series) is not an offensive weapon.

DH-10 itself isn't an intercontinental weapon. If you name every single air-delivered system, then pretty much everything is intercontinental.
