When nationalists come into power in Pakistan who are followers of Muhammad Ali Jinnah and Ms. Fatima Jinnah, and same happens in Bangladesh, there's only logic that we reunite.

Alliance? East Pakistan was more Pakistani than West Pakistan. It never supported army dictatorship, martial law unlike West Pakistan where people welcomed martial laws

Alliance in a sense that both East and West Pakistan decided to unite under the flag of Pakistan despite the challenges of having only one common thing between us that is the religion.

I am not saying who was at fault as it is not the question of this thread however I strongly believe there were many actors in that great game and not limited to blaming just Pakistan Army or the West Pakistan.

Why does it have to be east Pakistan. Why can't we call it west Bangladesh?

A military script can be written by some members on this forum where PA supports BA during a war scenario between IA and BA where BD Govt asks for Pakistan's help, however India -Bangladesh full fledged war scenario isnt in India's interest. Why a war with BD isn't in India's interest ? Coz India wants escalation on Pakistan's borders not its own borders, plus there is always an imminent threat from China sitting on India's border.

In reality, Indian stabs from the back to get results. In 1965 war, India got punched badly by openly attacking so in 1971, India placed MBs and other factors to win the war, a picture of which is now seen through TTP in KPK and BLA in Baluchistan. The last time India again attacked openly was in Feb 2019 which was successful to an extent but later lost the rhythm as planes and chopper started falling out of the sky. The mistrust between Pak and BD nations is there. Pak hasnt learnt from UK to control as well as run its territories 1000s of km away. British ruled the area of Pakistan for 100 or more years but Pakistan's leadership didnt learn from them.
