Opinion: Pakistan must become an authoritarian state to progress

Ameen brother, I have umeed in Allah swt alone. He is the one who is saving Pakistan again and again. We indeed have a divine purpose in history.

A military dictatorship may be the inevitable result if parasites N and PPP are not able to be properly dislodged from their host populations. Imran Khan can be seen as one last ditch effort to bring change from within the system, but that corrupt system has really hurdled pur ability to strive for justice.

@H. Dawary I know this is a favorite subject of yours. I don't remember if I tagged you here. Most of Pakistanis are hoping for a military dictatorship to solve the monumental structural problems Pakistan now faces.

I’ve written this down before; What you guys need to do is eliminate the garbage who don’t care about the nation. All the looters, the mafias, the regional nationalists etc.

In Afghanistan all the leaders in Afghanistan haven’t done a single thing for the Afghans, what did Ghani, Karzai do for Pashtuns? What did Atta Noor and Abdullah do for Tajiks? What did Dostum do for Uzbeks? Since 2001, America has given these looters more than 100 billion dollars in aide/infrastructure funds, all that was looted by Karzai, Fahim, Dostum, Atta Noor etc. I doubt even 20 billion went into infrastructure projects.

For us however, all these looters will flee the nation once the Taliban are back in power, and they will allocate funds in their proper places.

For Pakistan, you are still going to have looters present when the Army takes charge, and in Pakistan they can’t simply be eliminated, in our case they will be and will be driven out.

Your nation has to do something about these looters... I personally believe in a strong republic of virtuous citizens, but an Authoritarian government is fine as well if the people in charge truly care about the citizens. The governance is not an issue, it’s the parasites within that are leeching from the nation that need to be dealt with; How will you accomplish that?

.
Authoritarian rule can only work if it is accepted as a permanent solution, and not as a transition to democracy.

I wish more people understood this.

The elites and mafias that are looting and robbing Pakistan the most are also the biggest supporters of democracy because those mafias know they would be dead in an authoritarian system that cares about its citizens.

If authoritarian rule in Pakistan in Pakistan is led by someone who wants betterment for the nation, then an authoritarian system with the power to reform anything will be far better than what any bureaucratic democracy can bring in Pakistan.

I support that every country should choose their own unique way of governance which suit them the best, but you should not make up abysmal lies trying to justify your point, that'll make you sound like an utterly fool.
It is well known what China did to people in HK who spoke against the chinese government so i am not lying at all.

.
How will you accomplish that?

We will have to form the government from a clean slate. This British holdover system was made to give loopholes to criminals and breed a class of corrupt cronies. The common people have suffered enough.

If the system is not reformed, we are very much in danger of a French revolution style peasant rebellion. The next government needs to make land reforms number one on its agenda.

What did China did to Hong kong? Did China send troops to crack down on Hong kong? Hong kong rioters trash and burn everything for a year already, Hong kong police are just incompetent to restore law and order, but China still didn't send a single soldier or policeman to Hong kong. You try to trash and burn public facilities for a year in Pakistan and see what will happen to you.

Honestly things were bad since independence, but not as bad as after this dangerous 18th amendment. It is a plan concocted by the enemies of Pakistan with foreign funding to systematically weaken and eventually dismember our country. Just look at how vociferously some political parties defend the 18th amendment at the mere mention of it.

In today's budget Hammad Azhar announced that Rs. 2900 billion will be transferred to provinces. In today's exchange rate that is almost $18b. This is on top of the $4-5b development budget of the federal government. Same time next year assess your lives and see if you can find this $22b invested in your city, town, village? Where is it all going??

Nice way to twist my words. I can't seem to find the link anywhere but there was a article writer in HK who wrote articles telling Chinese government atrocities. He was kidnapped by the chinese government and after sometime, forced to release an apology video in which he said how sorry he was and crying. I will still try to find this news.

What did China do to Hong kong? Literally taking away their constitutional right which they have no right to take before the deadline has passed as per the agreement with UK.

Yeah you will probably be jailed, not put into concentration camps like China does where they brainwash you and force you to do nasty stuff.

One article coming out of nowhere proves that China's "atrocities" against Hong kong, so absurd, we all see how China is dealing Hong kong, if you riot in Pakistan for a year, trashing, burning and looting, you won't expect your government can be as nice as China.

Hong kong is a Chinese city, it doesn't have constitutions, their rights are within the constitution of China, by the way, they didn't have any rights including election when they were a British colony, China was being nice with UK over Hong kong , but it doesn't mean they have any say or privilage over Hong kong.

Yeah you will probably be jailed, not put into concentration camps like China does where they brainwash you and force you to do nasty stuff.
We know you are so brainwashed and will eat whatever crap the western media feeds you,you don't have to prove it again and again.
