It's Special Task Force for multi missions.. one of other 2 team based on foregin countries and the rest is based on local.. Like CIA and FBI..

Coz BD has over 300,000 troops.. 9000x300,000= 2.7 Billion +++ without weapons , bullet-proof vest and kavalar Helmet... if BD can produced these locally.. it will be fine.. if not ,import all of them.. Great Leak hole of Budget.. is it worth..? mate.. no offensive.. just ask the point i cant understand...
