I agree with most of your points but just one thing, I am not a member of the Tablighi Jamaat. I don't even like them but there was a witch hunt against them last year, propelled by Godi Media. They were not super spreaders yet they were hounded. From shouting that they were doing Corona Jihad by spitting out of buses to a woman doctor saying that they should be taken to forests and left there.

About weddings, I don't understand why there was no rule made that because of the emergency a wedding will be compulsorily done at the court with only five people attending : the couple, two witnesses and the notary. Recently there was news of a Coimbatore wedding in the sky. A SpiceJet airplane being chartered and carrying about 100 guests.

And I agree that some Muslims too have not followed COVID protocol. On at least two occasions there were funeral processions in North India attended by hundreds. And just this Friday I saw a boy of maybe 10 years cycling to my neighborhood mosque for the Friday afternoon prayer ( Prayers can be done at home ).

Quite a few such things related to tradition and beliefs.

Lastly, as you said, Indians need to introspect. And especially the middle class should quit their drone life and start actually contributing to the real betterment of India and not just stop at voting in elections. I believe you and me as middle class paying our taxes regularly... So contribution for medical facilities are already been taken care off.. The problem here is that not enough budget being allocated to healthcare system. And whatever allocated is not spent wisely or honestly..
