On Kulbhushan, India stands alone - isolated

An interesting observation, on terrorist Kulbushan Yadev's death penalty, Indian outcry has no international audience. No country has spoken for India nor endorsed Indian stance. Even traditional Indian allies are silent.

Foreign offices of the world
There has been no statement, no support from any foreign office in the world in the favour of Indian.
On Newspapers
  • New York times has described Kulbushan as "spy operating terrorism ring".
  • Washinton Post however has taken a neutral position, calling Kulbushan a spy - but don't be surprised because article was aided by Ashok Sharma in New Delhi.
  • English Newspapers: The Times, The Daily Telegraph, The Independent - No coverage.
  • RT (Russia): No coverage
  • Al-Jazeera: Interestingly has given Indian stance a favour by describing him "spy" and hiding his terrorist activities. They even describe his crime as "planning, coordinating and organising espionage activities." [Note]We know Mian Nawaz Sharif has close relationship with Qatar (Where Al-Jazeera is based) and has kept totally quite on Kulbushan. It might be another Nawaz Sharif act that Aj-Jazeera is only describing him as apy. I find resource of this news is Pakistan rather than India.
So here you go, Nirandra Modi, Sushma Suvraj and Ajit Kumar Devol had pulled this favour for Indians. On Kulbushan's case, India is practically ISOLATED :azn:

i dont think you understand how the intelligence community works....LOLZ ..

How do you think the ppl of the world reacted to the "spy" video confession ???

the simple truth is....No one give a rats ***....and frankly no one believes what pakistan has to say after OSAMA :p

Go ahead...hang him....do India a favor......India stands to GAIN more if he dies than alive..
gives them the " perfect" excuse .... [ ps : curious to see if pakistan has the balls to do it ]

then again pakistani foreign policy has ALWAYS been short sighted...

Pakistan has received a lot of intel from Jadav, and has dismantled Indian sponsored networks in Karachi and Balochistan, arresting hundreds of operatives on the payrolls of India. So Pakistan doesn't need international support on Jadav, there is plenty of use of him; unlike Habib, who won't be of any use to India.

Lol I don't think so..You have Yadav since months & nobody has talked for you..
They are more busy on Syria ISIS issues than India Pakistan.

"Apart from the gross irregularities in the Kulbhushan Jadhav+ situation, such as the lack of consular access and the secrecy surrounding the surprise court-martial, what struck me the most is the contrast between the speed of Mr Jadhav's trial set against the endless postponements for that of the Mumbai attackers,"

Above is the quote from the link you have provided.

Kulbhushan Yadav was arrested on 3 March 2016 during a counter-intelligence operation in Balochistan.
Pakistan has provided the initial dossier to UN and it was not only the one and Indian government as well.

Undergoing more than a year long trial in special army court, On 10 April 2017, Yadav was sentenced to death by a Field General Court Martial (FGCM) in Pakistan.

This army court come in to existence under the constitution privileges of Pakistan, Approved from Parliament unanimously, and is not there just for "Kulbhushan Yadav" many Pakistani citizens are also trailed in the same court for terrorism.

Pakistan’s foreign policy chief Sartaj Aziz publicly listed some of the specific charges against Jadhav for the first time while addressing a news briefing at the Foreign Office. These are the “details of some terrorist activities” that Aziz sought to pin on Jadhav:

1. “He sponsored and directed IEDs (Improvised Explosive Devices) and grenade attacks in Gwadar and Trubat” in Balochistan province.

2. “Directed attacks on the radar station and civilian boats in the sea opposite Jiwani Port.”

3. “Funded subversive secessionist and terrorist elements through Hawala/Hundi for subverting the Pakistani youth against the country, especially in Balochistan.”

4. “Sponsored explosions of gas pipelines and electric pylons in Sibi and Sui areas in Balochistan.”

5. “Sponsored IED explosions in Quetta in 2015, causing massive damage to life and property.”

6. “Sponsored attack on Hazaras in Quetta and Shia Zaireen (pilgrims) en route to and back from Iran.”

7. “Abetted attacks through anti-state elements against LEAs/FC (law enforcement agencies/Frontier Corps) and FWO (Frontier Works Organisation) in areas of Turbat, Punjgur, Gwadar, Pasni and Jiwani during 2014-15, killing and injuring many civilians and soldiers.”

The current hue and cry by Indian media and government is quite habitual for almost every event, of course the knowledgeable circles knows how procedures of law goes. Kulbhushan is arrested for terrorism activates he committed not only for spying that is why there is no "consular access" and as per the linked article there is no "secrecy surrounding the surprise court-martial". As date mentions there is a yearlong trial where was Indian government. As usual after some time this political gain game of Modi government will be all exposed and in vain.

The silence of these "Foreign offices of the world" matters to client or dummy states.

Just to draw a fair comparison, in 1971 the bangladesh war. This was the situation:

Foreign offices of the world
Yes, Russia was also against India invading then East Pakistan. You can also add the historic coverage by the then US major dailies as well which totally hostile. We still went ahead; so this support is only required by the spineless.

They are all sitting with their fingers crossed.... that's why there is no noise.

Yadhav will be hanged and there is no denial or other way as he is involved in sabotage ,terrorism and highest level of breach a terrorist can do ,for poor Lt Col he made a choice of going for betterment of his career ,if he has to be put under knife we can accept it and my sympathies are with the family ,also there is nothing new which was not accepted from Indians since they are already killing innocent people in Kashmir so an other in the line of country ,All destinations lead to certain death

That's funny, an Indian Ex-military man in Iran is definitely RAW but a Pakistani Ex-military man in Nepal cannot for the sake of pakistan be ISI. The HYPOCRISY.

Oh boo hoo, we'll see what happens in the end, if your bureaucrats actually keep their word, which they are sooooo famous for doing.
Shameless, unlike you lot who are all ready to put your man under the guillotine we actually do want ours back.

And don't worry, if we actually have your "poor" col. we won't kill him, we are not like you people who do just that in every border of your country.

You know @cyclops, even if you punish Col. Habib in reciprocation, Pakistan is still gazillion times better off than India - reason Kulbhushan has busted Indian terrorism network which India built over decades, giving in 400+ agents including 14 direct RAW operatives - all gone in one row.

Col. Habib was neither working against India nor has he given India any strategic gains. You can roll a head for head - yet you will be a loser - and no match to what Pakistan has gained because of Yadev.

Get your facts in place, your man was a serving officer travelling on a forged passport caught red handed inside Pakistan while our man retired several years earlier and was kidnapped from a third country with all evidence showing he was there for a job interview.
You shameless creatures first denied any connection with the Monkey and after being exposed, he has suddenly become son of the soil.... before going on a moral banter, first have the courage to admit that you have our man.

Why wait for 60 days to allow him to appeal ?

so the fact is one ex soldier if is murdered then does it means we will forget it ... what next what will or what kind of licsence it will give us then ... think about it :azn: :sarcastic:

Have an open mind and you' ll see the holes in this case.

Now go ahead and execute the punishment and see for yourself who will become Isolated or not ?? :p:

Its going to be a real slap if they don't hang him or worse yet exchange him years later.
Either way lets indeed see.

ok ..be careful

Reminds me of old Idiom
"Saanp ke moonh me Chachundar; Na ugalte bane aur na hi nigalte bane"?

Here is a snake, with a mole stuck in it’s mouth. It is neither able to swallow nor disgorge it.

Literally it means: A snake having a mole stuck in its mouth, neither able to swallow nor able to let go

Ironically both are your part of the stories and you expect the entire world to believe them unquestioned ?? LOL :p:
It ain't work that way. Just wait what the other side have to say about the above. :)

They are all sitting with their fingers crossed.... that's why there is no noise.

You haven't done anything yet, that's why the silence. Go ahead and execute KY as per your sham trail if you have enough balls, then you will get to hear enough noise to blunt your years. Mark my words. :p:

Hi im sure your english is quite good and you can understand what i have written other wise you shouldn't make such claims . Also these are just talks but no facts but allow me

1. Pakistan soon after his abduction shared with world media (unlike the monkey and Govt of India which every day changes there story)
2. Lt Col Habib was working in a multinational Rafhan now Ingredion a highly respectable Multinational
http://www.rafhanmaize.com/
http://www.ingredionincorporated.com/AboutUs/worldwidelocations.html
3. We admit and fully embrace Lt Col as no multinational allow you to do parallel working specially for intelligence .
4. Unlike Monkey we have proof where he was going thru which air line and also all other links .

Till then keep your mouth close ,Monkey is going to be hanged
