On Indo-Pak Border, Two Indian Soldiers Kill Each Other

. .

These figures also show an average of 8.2 suicides per 100,000 per annum in last 10 years... And if you see the claims of DRDO, its claiming to have reduced the average from 14 to 6 over the last decade.. So the 2 numbers seem to be in line with each other.. I guess you can use the bag of salt to season your pizza which you should eat while reading the articles before you post them to avoid this egg on the face.. {or so you dont post pictures of Indian companies claiming them to be Pakistani :D }

Well if you can avoid the salt getting into your eyes, try munching on this slice

In 2003, the total suicides among soldiers was 96. It rose to 100 the next year.
A total of 129 committed suicide in 2006 and 77 in 2005.
In 2007, the figure was 118 and in 2008 123. In 2009, the number fell to 96 but rose to 115 in 2010. It was 102 in 2011.
Till July this year, 62 had reportedly killed themselves.
Even a blind person will be able to confirm that from earlier decline the latest figures have again jumped into three digits, so how does that translate into a decline as claimed by DRDO, there are other sources who are alarmed by the reported increase in the incidents.....the claims by some Indian MPs of the 15000 figure should also be taken into context since obviously if Indians prefer to believe Nawaz Sharif on the Kargil causality figure, no reason why they should ignore their own disclosures.
And as you are becoming popular with your venom squirting, reminder is in place that a Batsman doesn't just takes a ball out of his pocket to hit it over the covers, there's usually another person involved known as the bowler. !! :D

There is a difference between whole regions and zones... with the highest military to civilian ratio... IOK is indeed an open air prison.

all thanks to the proxy war :) cant help but now things are far better. Hopefully things will be even more better in the future.

Some Pakistanis are certainly more prone to self congratulating analysis based on cherry picked figures. Else, you wouldnt have stopped at 2011 figures and would have realized that in 2012 the no. of incidents dropped to a low of 93 in the army from an all time high of 129 in 2006 (Which is what DRDO is referring to).. Now you decide what you want to do with your bags of salt.. :)

btw, if you really want to go random on hearsay figures, I have a bunch from similarly random sources about Pakistani army suicides in Balochistan and how thsoe have been swept under the carpet since suicide is haraam in Islam.. Let me know if you want to go there..

And then kind of priceless comparing a random line of a backbencher MP to your Prime Minister of then (1999) and now (2013) :)

and about the sixer, well, you may hit a six, or you may hit a bowler for a six, but only a Pakistani would imagine hitting a bowler WITH a six :D

btw, hows the sunshine blowing in Pakistan these days :D :D :D ?

When you're committing atrocities and are hated by the majority of the people where you're stationed this is the eventual outcome for those who are deployed far from home. Same thing is happening across the border in Afghanistan with NATO troops.

Few Kashmiri's join the Indian army and those who do are usually settlers from other parts of India while in Pakistan though the Azad Kashmir's population represented about 2.75% of the total overall population of the country in 2008 they make up around 9% of the military.

It seems like a trend in indian forces... specially in the occupied kashmir.... killing superior officiers and suicides...more than 1500 indian soldiers have commited suicide since 2001....... senior indian army officers blame it on "a lack of discipline" and "poor leadership" in the forces........ any how... maybe their actions haunt them ...

because they are forced to do something brute which their conscience doesnt allow
