Well, you can't stop them in open forum until moderators ban them , even I irks by most of comments but your Generalization also is wrong.
In highly educated countries their are also significant users who are 50+ are near but in Sub-continent older people who use regular internet is very low, working population have very less time to spend on open forum in their busy work life, so only teens are spared who overwhelmed any age group.
