On Arab indifference toward the Peshawar massacre

I myself can't disappoint my Pakistani brothers and sisters here. The moral and political support my people have gotten from ordinary Pakistanis is more important than any material support from any nation coming to my people. Pakistanis here and Iranians had my back whenever I engaged in debates here in defense of my peoples cause.

Ohhh stop it; you're going to make me blush ! :ashamed:

Finally you understand us ! :kiss3:

.
Those Pakistanis are building your country, for i'll be damned when an arab decides to get out of his audi and decide to build something, i guess that's why its a sign of Qiyamah.

Don't flatter yourself. Pakistanis are spread throughout the world and not just KSA, where they are not even given basic rights but they still work there because they are poor.

WRONG. The biggest protests were held in Pakistan.

Yes. I think you can trace this feeling of One Ummah Ideology to the birth of Pakistan. When Pakistan was created, we didn't have any friends so we fantasized that all muslims love each other and our muslim countries will stand with us. But they care more about race rather than religion. Look what they did in name of race in Darfur.

Madressa's need to be closed ASAP. There are no two ways about it.

With that logic, Pakistan is MOST CERTAINLY NOT the center of the world for USA and UK. But BBC and CNN covered the hell out of it. Still i must point out, noone is whining about why they didn't cover it. The topic is the general attitude of arabs towards fellow muslims. They don't seem to care about non-arabs.

When I open the TV when I am at work lounge or cafe or at the barber as I don't keep a TV at my own home and the news is on the only news showing for the past few years none stuff is about 100 this died and 100 that died and a total of 1200 this died there and 3000 died there. Turn on aljazeera or al-Arabiya and see for yourself.

We have become so desensitized to death it is frightening. Violence and war is to be expected anywhere and at any time. Many people have bags full ready to leave the country in a moment's notice should the need arise. So what I really believe is Pakistanis above all should have felt sorry for Arabs, and not angry. Death became so much part of life that it would be Abnormal otherwise. The news reel will say 150 died in Pakistan and move the story to 200 died in Iraq and then move the story to 180 died in Yemen, then the story is 450 died in Palestine, then move the story to 500 died in Syria, then move the story to 90 died in Libya.

After a while to any human being exposed to so much death, these only become numbers. Just another day in the past few years. Just used to gauge how bad things are getting in said place and nothing more, and that my friends is what is tragic above all.

I agree with this point.

Pakistanis here and Iranians had my back whenever I engaged in debates here in defense of my peoples cause. Arabs have also , but there are few of them here. I wish there were more because the Arabs on this forum stand on one side of political spectrum in Arab world. You haven't met anybody from the opposition.

My explanation for this is that Arab media is more focused on demonizing the MB more than anything else. They are on offensive everywhere in every aspect against MB in the Arab world. All because Morsi stood with Gaza during Israeli assault. If he hadn't done that he would still be in power.

How can we be Pan-Islamic if our nation's are run by non-Muslims who can't even speak Arabic properly? Let alone dedicate 1% of their day in worshipping God? They are Muslim by name only. And majority of our peoples support them. All Muslims are equally to blame . Besides those who try making a difference.

We will always support and stand the ground for our Palestinian brothers and sisters.

It is more than that.

but I won't go there; at least not now.

What I am going to tell you is that there was a problem; Jamal Nasir etc etc Arab / Muslim blahh blahh

and our media, who basically showed Arabs as extreme pious, and misrepresented Islamic history.
Heck, if you go by media and text book only every Pakistani expects to see each and every one praying Nafal salah if not Fard.

That was all wrong,
believing in political Islam was all wrong
Believing in Umma was all wrong.

The Mullahs and Shaikh sold that pipe dream, and destroyed nations and the very religion it was supposed to be based upon.

Lastly, I read that Qayama wont come till there is a single Muslim alive.
It should be, Qayamah wont come till there is a single REAL muslim alive.

fucks like myself .. don't count.

It's sad to see an "elite" member who had said the most pathetic thing about the Peshawar kids, has been given space to justify himself on this thread.

Please see reference post #4289 here: Peshawar Massacre - TTP kills hundreds of school kids (Avoid graphic pics/vids) | Page 286

"... I literally just tried to care about the incident but I couldn't give 2 shits anymore. Congrats missions accomplished."

This guy is on a freaking mission man. Hahahahaha. Go run home boy. These people here know me a lot better than you do. Go run to your mullah or mama or papa or whoever is your guardian and tell them that its not working okay honey?

Dear Pakistani friends.
Arabs have nothing to do with you. When in the hell will you catch the f.ucking drift?
What I want to know from Pakistanis is why you give so much hoot about these Arabs in the gulf and take their side against Iran in certain matters?
Even when Iran was building the gas pipeline and offered support for your energy needs, that idiot Nawaz Sharif (saudi lapdog) cancelled the project.
You cancelled a huge project that would have been the benefit of both Iran and Pakistan (and a major game changer), for the sake of Arabs, whom are completely apathetic to your suffering (as can be seen in this thread).

For **** sake, shape up. You are forsaking your national intersts for the sake of Salafi sanddwelling arabs. What a travesty...
Stupid mullah clown. You are talking in a way, if Farsi regime is better than Arab regimes, or any other regime in the world. That stupid pipeline, was not financially possible, nor Iran as a sanctioned and hostile country worths relying on for energy needs of Pakistan.

Arabs do not care about you, and there is no reason they should.
Why you care about them is a huge rubik's cube mindf.uck lol

It is their choice. Let them buy LNG from Qatar as they are proceeding to. Iran had offered them gas at about 11 dollars for mmbtu at Pakistan's border. Qatar wants to sell them at 19 dollars per mmbtu at Qatari port. LNG tanker costs and the evaporation losses during transport, as well as the re-conversion of LNG to gas which is an energy intensive process will push the final price of gas in Pakistani port to near 24 dollars per mmbtu. More than double of what Iran has offered them. Even Japan and India which have bigger economies than Pakistan are not buying their LNG at such prices. But as is always the case, Iran has not paid any commission and kickbacks to corrupt Pakistani planners and decision makers.

I love you too. :smitten:

This guy has to be tackled by showing the true face of republic of Azerbaijan and its torture dungeons.

No, I will answer him.

@ResurgentIran

Its because of the religion and the engineered history books that say so.

Nothing else.

Then its time to shape up. Forget about Arabs. Look how apathetic and even disrespectful some Arab members (especially Mosamania) has been to this tragic event.

Anyway, my deepest condolences to Pakistan and all the families of the deceased ones. I hope you recover well.

Few observations:

1. We Pakistanis believe in Ummah because it is part of our belief-system and not a pipe dream of sorts.

2. We care for Arabs & Persians because we see them as our brothers-in-faith.

3. We are distressed to see Arab-Persian enmity boil over into our country and deepen Shia-Sunni divide.

4. We are at a weak state because our policies were mostly made by our Military establishment who was / is obsessed with security paradigm and therefore had / has tunnel vision. Taliban and their quasi-institutional support is a result of this tunnel vision and myopic view.

5. We Pakistanis did not believe in our system, had no patience with its evolution, and wanted a short-cut through dictators. This lack of faith in a damn good constitution has led us into wilderness where we feel the need for friends and find no one around. Ironically, it is this lack of belief in our collective wisdom that has given us monsters like TTP, who think nothing of our constitution and instead would like to establish a Mullah Emirate run by a dictator.

6. It is idiotic to blame others for own faults and weaknesses. If we had clarity of view earlier, TTP would have been handled a while back. This tragedy may not have happened at all. Also, I wonder who did the writer of OP article voted for in Pakistan.

7. There is a very vocal minority that has a complex about religion and wishes to disown it. These people never let go of a chance to make everyone around them question beliefs and positive faith-affirming attitude. I see them on Twitter, and on PDF too.

8. Big countries have big problems.

9. Pakistan is a multi-ethnic and multi-cultural country. We have to find own solutions and own ways of doing things so that we may show our brothers how they too can manage to work with diversity. I see Pakistan's success as Ummah's success and I see no reason to belittle this mission. We have to be strong ourselves before we can pretend to care about others. A nation that does not believe in itself can only fall flat when it tries to care for others. Ummah related ideas are not wrong - just premature.

So my friends while some of you would really like to have a Pakistan vs Indian and Arab vs Persian duel on this thread, I would like to remind you that such spats have nothing to do with the topic at hand.
