Reacting to the comments made by Chinese Foreign Minister Wang Yi on Indian-occupied Jammu and Kashmir during the 48th Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) conference in Islamabad, India rejected the stance and termed it an “uncalled [for] reference”.
According to NDTV, India's Ministry of External Affairs spokesperson Arindam Bagchi said the Kashmir issue is India’s “internal matter”, adding that they reject the “uncalled reference.”

"Matters related to the Union Territory of Jammu and Kashmir are entirely the internal affairs of India. Other countries including China have no locus standi to comment. They should note that India refrains from a public judgement of their internal issues," he said.
The publication reported that the Chinese FM had made a reference to Kashmir in his opening speech at the OIC moot in Pakistan. It said that Wang said: "On Kashmir, we have heard again today the calls of many of our Islamic friends. And China shares the same hope.”

India's foreign ministry declined to comment. A Chinese foreign ministry spokesperson said at a daily news briefing on Wednesday that he had no information to offer at the moment.

You seem fun. The request (proposal to visit) was made by China. I’m guessing they want to work through LAC, Quad, Ukraine, Trade etc. If they don’t, as always, status quo remains and India has viable paths to follow in either scenario (cooperative vs belligerent China)

If the Chinese FM continues to make impromptu comments on his little road trip, he might as well cancel it. Because the Indian side wouldn’t be enthusiastic about the visit anyway — nobody likes wasting time.

We will certainly show him the best of Indian hospitality, of course — and he can maybe visit a few monuments perhaps.

I’m hopeful that someday soon Chinese diplomacy will come of age and they will all stop trying to ape a ‘Tim’ I once knew — who unfortunately suffered from sudden bouts of facial ticks and roid rage.

I guess for as long they hold our territory, they are free to issue all the directives they want to the thousand+ mountain goats in the region they sit (squat?) on.
