Was it Biden, the man only has like decades of experience dealing with India. Our boy Trump did a whole howdy-Modi gig. Obama was pretty chummy with Manmohan singh and obviously he knew the guy who came after as well (it’s all in his book).

Bush (god bless that slow child) kick started this whole ”make friends with india” thing with the nuclear deal and now we’re in a good place.

To be honest with you not sure who it was but it was one of the US presidents on a talk show he was also asked who is the PM of Pakistan and he at least got this one right he said it is some dictator.... LOL...

BTW US connections with India are purely for containing China just like they were with Pak during cold war...PEROID.... If the Chinese threat is diminished which is not happening US will forget what or where is India.

Now if this comment was intentional and remains ‘uncorrected’, then his subsequent visit to India will not affect the status quo in any way.

Soon enough, india will joint the chorus commenting from Taiwan to Xingjiang. Not sure if ’problem child’ China wants further isolation. But hey, if it rocks their boat, by all means go ahead — just don’t complain later with adult diplomats throwing child-like tantrums.

Kashmir is a concern to China becos part of Kashmir belongs to China as you Indians define Kashmir now. You can try something like boycotting Beijing Winter Olympics.
