OIC concerned over India protests

1) How does India legally define who is a Muslim?

India does not define who is a Muslim or Christian or Hindu. It is up to the citizens to decide and determine who they are. Government only has laws and policies based on religion opted by its citizens.

2) All other religions exist in Pakistan and Bangladesh, does that mean the sole identity of India is 'not Pakistani'?

Yes. Historically speaking, Indians never had a chance to select to be an Indian. All people who did not opt to be a Pakistani by default became an Indian.

But then you can either be Indian or you can be Muslim as per the new citizenship bill which makes 250 million people stateless in India

Referendum may solve the problem.

India has a secular constitution unlike Pakistan which has a Islamist constitution.

Referendum may solve the problem.

We have to first merge India, Pakistan & Bangladesh before the referendum could be conducted.

So what? Pakistan does not define who is a Hindu, Sikh or Christian or Muslim either.

It only defines rights of these people under fundamental principles of egalitarian society envisioned by the Quran and Sunnah.

Why? Pakistan has a unique identity which lies in Democratic Islamic Principles.

However RSS Nazis will annex Bangladesh for lebensraum for these illegal aliens. It is in their version of meinkampf.

Christians will suffer the same fate as the religion of Christianity is considered either as foreign or non native or the perverted indianised christianity where Jesus is a Buddhist Monk

So you means there is no criteria/ documentation methods (ID card/Birth certificate) in India to get the religious information of its people

Birth certificates do not capture religion in India.

Jinnah secular vision was long replaced by the current Islamist constitution of Pakistan.
1. "Caste" is clearly there as a field for completion.
2. Muslims are identified by their names. During Gujarat riots, Hindus used lists of names from electoral polls to identify Muslim targets. So whether "Muslim" is explicitly stated or not on a birth certificate is irrelevant. When the pogroms come, the RSS terrorists know who the Muslims are.

Based on what evidence other than your bleating like a condemned sheep in a lion's den?

So what is the criteria for getting information about peoples of India about their religious identity especially in census

What ever one claims that is what they would be.

For example, if you want to get reservations as OBC, SC or ST then you would have to claim that you are a Hindu to get the caste certificate. Caste certificate is not given to non-Hindus.

If you want to get marriage registered under Islamic Sharia law then both Husband and Wife need to claim that both of them are Muslims. Else they cannot register their marriage under Sharia law.

So special rules ARE allowed for distinct groups in India.

Caste is no longer there in the newer version. Religion was never captured.
