Most likely 1st RPIMA, RDP, or GCU from the French military. GIGN is usually used for hostage rescue and other direct action missions alongside RAID and BRI within France, so it functions like a SWAT team most of the time. It is a military police unit but it does operate outside of France on details like close protection and embassy security. I'm certain the French military SOF are the ones shown in this video.
